Will Surbeck Co-Founder
Hi, my name is WIll Surbeck, and I am a Co-Founder of The Grime Guys. I am currently a student at the University of Washington and a member of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity. I’ve lived in Medina my entire life, and Nick and I founded this company based on years of hands-on experience doing yard work together. Growing up just a few houses apart, we spent countless hours maintaining our families’ yards and helping neighbors with outdoor projects. Over time, we came to appreciate the work ethic, attention to detail, and long-term care that maintaining a property requires. That shared experience is what led us to start The Grime Guys. Today, we bring that same mindset to every job — showing up on time, doing the work right, and treating each home as if it were our own. We appreciate the opportunity to earn your trust and look forward to helping you get the grime gone.
Nick Matty Co-Founder
Hi, my name is Nick Matty, and I’m a Co-Founder of The Grime Guys. I am currently a student at the University of Washington, where I am studying business, and a member of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity. Will and I started The Grime Guys after years of doing yard work and property maintenance around our neighborhood. Growing up just a few houses apart, we often worked together to take care of our families’ yards and projects. Over time, we realized we genuinely enjoyed the work and took pride in doing things the right way. Those experiences taught us the importance of reliability, attention to detail, and showing respect for people’s homes. Today, we bring that same work ethic to every job we take on.
